Cordelia Drawstring Hooded Trench Coat
Description
The Cordelia trench leads with an oversized waterfall collar and hides a full hood in the back, complete with drawstring and metal grommets. A full zip closes under a snap-button placket, and an internal drawstring waist with exterior ties lets you define the shape or leave it loose. Adjustable cuff ties finish the sleeves.
Cinched, it creates a defined waist over slim denim and boots. Left open, it becomes a long, easy layer over knitwear and trousers. Either way it handles the in-between months: damp mornings, breezy evenings, the kind of day that changes its mind twice. The collar can be worn up against the wind or folded flat. The concealed hood is a practical detail that keeps the collar clean and dramatic when the weather is behaving.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Loosen the drawstrings before washing so they do not tangle in the channel, and close the zip to protect the teeth. Avoid bleach and high heat. Fit is relaxed with room for a sweater underneath. The measurements below are approximate and taken flat. Re-tie the exterior waist ties loosely after washing so they keep their shape rather than flattening in the dryer.
